Entrée: Spiced apricot glazed salmon over couscous and red wine braised beef served with garlic mashed potatoes, roasted carrots and dinner rolls.
Dessert Trio: Baked chocolate truffle, pumpkin cream brûlée & red velvet cupcake.

Savories: Roasted turkey breast with cranberry chutney on a homemade biscuit, almond chicken salad finger sandwich, shrimp salad on mini croissant; brie with sour cherries and phyllo.
Sweets: English traditional scones with jam and butter, mini brownie with peppermint whipped cream, individual maple pumpkin pie and mini lemon curd cupcake. Assorted fine teas and house special blend coffee. (Background holiday music.)
